10.0Very clean and plenty of room for our family. Easy check-in and check-out and the whole staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be definitely come back to stay here.

10.0The inside was beautifully decorated simple but with the theme of Big Bear which I enjoyed. The fireplace, the hot tub, the shower head, everything was perfect.

10.0Clean new room. Dishwasher didn't work because three kitchen plugs didn't work and the phone to call office didn't work. The kitchen cold water doesn't work consistently so it's very hot. But the place is new so it may have been overlooked. Regardless we had a wonderful time and will be back!
