8.0L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Un très grand merci à Sam, le manager du restaurant le Mercado pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Il est d'une grande efficacité dans la gestion de ce restaurant ou nous avons toujours trouvé de la place et un service agréable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage du Morne (l'une des plus belle de l'île)
− Les chambres sont un peu mal insonorisés, le personnel de chambre parle très fort le matin, claque les portes, déplace les meubles, font beaucoup de bruit, ce qui empêche de se reposer. Les différentes piscines de l'hôtel ne sont pas chauffées, en basse saison impossible d'en profiter ce qui est dommage pour un établissement annoncé comme 5 étoiles.

Loved, loved our stay. Just a pity time did not stand still.
10.0Loved the outrigger, woke up every morning to hearing and seeing the ocean. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff very friendly, this was a great please to spend my 60th birthday.
