The location was good. Walkable to town

− Small beach area. Limited towels. Didn't allow us any additional check out time. Its a total rip off, check in at 4pm & check out at 10am. And, you pay for the whole day.

The Divi Phoenix my second home and family

The Divi Phoenix Resort never fails me The staff are always so accommodating!! I can’t wait to return to my second home every year I really do feel like I’m going back to my extended family, that’s just how they make you feel🫶🏻 I often travel with my points to other destinations but I would never give up my weeks at the Divi to go anywhere else!

Relaxing Hotel

The resort was beautiful and clean. Check in was very easy. Our room was a one bedroom with 2 baths and a balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The room was cleaned and bed was made everyday. The service was wonderful! We dined at Purebeach and the Waverunner. Both were delicious! Purebeach had daily specials on Monday, Tues and Weds. The nightlife was very entertaining! Dino, one of the bartenders, was very social with the crowd and made sure everyone was having a great time! I just wish the concierge was more available. No one was at the desk whenever we walked by. We stopped by the desk one night while someone was there asking about excursions and things to do in the area, and the only response was about signing up for the timeshare presentation and being handed flyers with no additional info. So we did our own homework and found restaurants, shopping and casinos within walking distance. We also looked up Viator and found some great excursions. We visited Sea Glass Island, Atlantis Submarine and Pelican Nest for dinner, they were so good!!

Best Vacation Ever

We stayed in the 1 bedroom tower suite with ocean view. The room had 2 balconies & 2 bathrooms. The room is the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We will return next year because we loved this room and location.

Wonderful experience yet again

Wonderful experience as usual. We have come many times and always are so satisfied with our stay. Our check-in with Samuel was great. He was so helpful and sweet. Julio, Noel and Sandra made every day at the beach a wonderful experience and took such great care of us. We can’t wait to come back!

Great except for staff!

I am currently staying at this resort. I would give this place a much higher rating if it weren’t for the restaurant staff. We’ve eaten twice at the swim up bar restaurant beside the pool. Both times service was horrible. The first time the waitress seemed bothered that we were there. She was rude, dismissive, and genuinely awful. Anytime we asked for anything, it was like we were asking for her first born child. I don’t think ketchup is such an ask but it was to her. We decided to give it another shot thinking maybe it was just her. Second time around we had a different server. He was pleasant but he was stretched too thin. There were only 3 servers for the whole restaurant. The poor people beside us sat there for 30 minutes without getting drinks served to them. We sat forever just waiting on water. There were time when the floor was completely devoid of any wait staff. It was a ghost town. Well needless to say we won’t go back there. The other restaurant by the smaller pool has much more attentive staff. The times we’ve been there have been good experience. Overall the resort is clean and nice. The pools are nice and the ocean is amazing.
