⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Venue: 5/5 Services: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 I have been to a lot of events in the past, but I have never experienced food this incredible paired with staff this warm, genuine, and truly caring. What struck me most was how willingly they assisted us even when they were already tired from the event, that kind of dedication and heart is truly rare these days and does not go unnoticed. It was so easy and pleasant to talk to our handler, Mr. Ken. He was kind, patient, accommodating, and made the entire planning process feel effortless and stress free. His attentiveness and professionalism honestly made a huge difference. This was also the first time I got to actually meet the chef behind the event. We met him during food tasting and again on the day itself, and you could really feel the passion, skill, and pride he pours into every single dish. That same excellence and care showed in everything that came out of the kitchen, from presentation to taste. I truly hope Berjaya becomes known not just as an excellent hotel, but as a hotel with truly outstanding, world class food. If you are planning an event here, do not forget to add the beef rendang to your menu, it is so rich, flavorful, and authentic it feels like you flew straight to Malaysia just to taste it. The hotel itself was cool, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, the event space was stunning and elegant, and the room was spacious, clean, and inviting. Every staff member we encountered had a smile on their face and treated us with so much respect and hospitality, and that positive energy made the whole experience even more memorable and special. Given the chance, I would choose Berjaya again and again for my next event without hesitation. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a venue that delivers excellence on every level, from ambiance to service to truly unforgettable food. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and one I will definitely be talking about for a long time.

Location is good, and very close to the spots

− The place is very old and smells old cabinet. One alarming thing are the staff of the hotel. They are very rude, racist and homophobic. They treat us differently from the moment we checked in.

From our arrival to Berjaya Hotel Makati, the bell hops ,front desk, wait and dining staff were all kind, courteous, and hospitable. The Berjaya Hotel Staff were all wonderful in their efforts to make our stay at Berjaya Hotel and visit to the Philippines a pleasant and memorable experience for us to enjoy and remember. The friendly, calm, and pleasant demeanor of employee Mark Aaron Tendido is a true representation of the Mabuhay hospitality and welcoming spirit of the Filipino people. With humility and gratitude for a great hotel accommodation experience.

− That the Main Dining area on the second level is only open for breakfast. Evening dining is confined to the small space on the ground level which is at times overcrowded with human traffic. Such set-up encourages dining outside the facility.
