Fantastic location for family adventures in Santa Cruz.
7.0The location is fantastic if you are visiting g the boardwalk or the beach. It was great to park and go do all the fun things without having to worry about moving the car or finding parking.
− Early morning noise from the street (garbage and recycle trucks) made sleeping difficult. Bring ear plugs.
Wouldn’t recommend to families at all!
1.0− We didn’t stay. We didn’t feel safe. Windows didn’t lock and it wasn’t clean.

− There was an incident that happened by our car and we weren’t notified about it by staff or management we had to find out by someone staying in another room near us. Our car was fine but we still should of been notified
The absolute worst experience ever!
2.0Only like was that we had a window that we could peep through to see the boardwalk
− Such a huge disappointment to have spent the amount of money and time to think we were going to do something special celebrating our son’s 17th birthday. Our room was ran down, uncomfortable, not clean, the door leading to the back parking lot was a metal screen and it slammed everytime someone went through it and it was next to our rooms shaking the wall and deafening sounds as it was that LOUD! Couldn’t sleep cuz the ac was musty and didn’t cool the room down, didn’t feel safe leaving the window open and come to find out it didn’t even lock cuz the locking mechanism was broken in half…. The second night we went to dinner and came back to the road being blocked off due to a fight in the motel parking lot between the workers and strangers who were said to have a weapon hitting residents vehicles ect, Just so incredibly disgusting and I’m saddened to have spent this time ill never get back for my son and his last year celebrating his childhood 😢😔
