10.0Staff was very helpful and good place to land entering or leaving the country. San Jose is not a place you want to stay on your vacation. But this great hotel was a perfect place to spend a night or two before or after your vacation.

6.0Las personas que atienden tienen una buena actitud. Tranquila, eso hace que transmita paz en el hospedaje
− El aire acondicionado no se puede regular o tal vez está tapado el filtro porque no enfriaba bien , y como el sol pega toda la tarde en la habitación está permanece caliente durante la noche, tuve que tirarme a dormir al piso que estaba más fresco. Eso afecta drásticamente mi experiencia en el hotel. Espero puedan mejorar ese aspecto.
