Nuestra estancia en Timeless Inn fue perfecta. Sin duda, le damos un 10/10. El hotel está situado dentro de la ciudad antigua de Shangri-La, a solo cinco minutos caminando de la puerta norte. Se encuentra muy cerca de una de las plazas principales, pero en una zona muy tranquila, lo que permite descansar sin renunciar a una ubicación excelente. Es un pequeño hotel de estilo tibetano con muchísimo encanto, muy acogedor y extraordinariamente limpio. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Además, ofrecen un servicio de lavandería gratuito, un detalle que se agradece mucho cuando se está realizando un viaje largo. El desayuno, preparado al momento. Podíamos elegir entre un desayuno occidental o uno oriental, y todo estaba delicioso. Lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra experiencia fue la atención de Rose. Nos ayudó a organizar la visita a uno de los parques nacionales, gestionó las entradas y el transporte, además de recomendarnos lugares que visitar en Shangri-La. Siempre estuvo disponible para resolver cualquier duda y consiguió que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto.

This tiny guesthouse is very traditional and centrally located. Rooms are well furnished and decorated in traditional Tibetan style - very cozy! It offers good value for money and is great base to explore Shangri-la in foot. Most importantly, the couple running this guesthouse is a gem. Theirs hospitality goes above and beyond and you ca n really feel their passion for running the business. You're always welcomed with a great smile, get useful tips on what what to see and where to dine. Thank you - we'll be back to explore with more!

− Due to a flight change we had to shorten our stay and one night was not nearly enough to explore Shangri-la. On positive side, it'a reason to return.

Hotel położony na starym mieście - po dojeździe taksówką wystarczy podejść około 30 metrów do samego obiektu. Obiekt niezwykle przytulny, klimatyczny i urządzony w lokalnym stylu (z elementami tybetańskimi). Klimat obiektu jest niepodrabialny, człowiek naprawdę czuje że jest to miejsce prowadzone z sercem a nie instagramowy nowoczesny potworek. Pokój wspaniale wykończony, czysty, zadbany, bardzo wygodne łóżko i świetnie rozplanowana łazienka (co nie jest tak oczywiste w Chinach z perspektywy europejczyka). Rose świetnie mówi po angielsku, dba o gości oraz ich komfort, jednocześnie dzieląc się interesującymi historiami. Śniadanie, co nietypowe w stylu europejskim - niezwykle smaczne i pożywne. Rose pomaga również w znalezieniu dobrych restauracji z lokalną kuchnią, atrakcji w okolicy czy dobraniu środka transportu. Jeżeli szukasz obiektu który oferuje autentyczny, lokalny klimat i cenisz domową atmosferę to nie znajdziesz lepszego miejsca w Shangri-La.

Lovely guest house that was brilliantly located near the centre of Shangri-la. The couple who run it are extremely welcoming and informative about everything there is to do in Shangri-la. They also gave us excellent suggestions about where to eat. Delicious breakfast too!

Une parenthèse enchantée

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette magnifique maison d'hôte ! Rose nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et nous avons passé des heures à échanger. Nous avons eu l'occasion de partir une journée avec son mari pour découvrir les villages alentours, hors des sentiers battus. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu en découvrir plus sur la culture tibétaine. Le logement est très bien situé, juste à l'entrée de la vieille ville dans une rue au calme. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. Nous n'avons absolument manqués de rien. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
