− Déçu par le service. Nous avons eu un problème de moteur sur notre voiture qui nous a forcé d’annuler la première nuit de notre séjour à Innsbruck. Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir et nous ont facturé les deux nuits alors que nous envisagions d’en rajouter une en fin de séjour. Résultat: on va réserver cette nuit dans un autre hôtel de la ville. A noter qu’ils nous ont offerts le petit déjeuner.
Day trip to Innsbruck
10.0This hotel was excellent, especially for the price. The location was perfect and the view of the mountains from the balcony was incredible. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The pillows were slightly flat and I wish I would've had more than one, but that is my only complaint. Would highly recommend this hotel.
