− Hay cocodrilos cerca del hotel. La comida estaba horrible, fue la misma comida todos los días, no tienen variedad. Las bebidas no estaban buenas, usan mucho sabor artificial. Las albercas estaban sucias.

Reservations that involve the date December 31 will have to be paid in full no later than December 1 by deposit or transfer. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner for adults and children from 7 years old is already included in the total of your reservation. In case of children between 2 and 6 years old, the guest must pay directly at the hotel the amount of 375 MXN for each child for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
In case of reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will contact the agency to manage the special conditions for deposit and cancellation. If the hotel cannot communicate with the guest and/or the agency and the deposit is not made under the conditions determined by the hotel, the cancellation of the reservations will be requested.
