8.0Good location especially if you use the bus/land train, which we use them to get to other Calas, to Palma and the airport. Close to the marina and the beaches (about 10 minutes walk) and very central. The hotel is well maintained but a bit dated. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good. I would recommend it.

2.0This was hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I stayed here for 3 nights - the first night I saw a cricket inside our room, the second and third night I saw a cockroach in the room. We asked the hotel, and they just said this is how it is and didn't apologize. The first night, we also didn't have wifi at all in our room and only got wifi after switching to another room closer to the hotel lobby. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.
