10.0I think it is typical of hotels at Cozu;mel - they are very far away from the town and you have to take a taxi everywhere, but there are taxis going back and forth all the time so all you have to do is go to the road and hail a taxi. There are no convenience stores around, and this was a very minor inconvenience. The hotel was very nice. The grounds are beautiful, our room and bathroom was very nice; the room was spacious. I would stay there again.
I will be back.

− The toilet didn’t flush. The shower was saltwater which made my skin extremely dry and my hair brittle. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and moved a lot. Half of the lights didn’t work in the room. We were told free wifi but never given the password.
Wirkt auf den Fotos besser als in Realität
5.0Es gab ein sehr gemütliches Bett und die Zimmereinrichtung an sich hat mir gefallen (allerdings sind die Zimmer alle sehr dunkel), der Rest wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich besser als in Realität.
− Unfreundliche Begrüßung (pseudofreundlich), Zimmer musste alleine gesucht werden, dann war es ein einfacheres als gebucht: Klimaanlage defekt,kein Safe, dunkel und modrig....- auf Beschwerde fand ein Wechsel statt (das Hotel war leer,man hätte direkt das vernünftige geben können!). Es hat keiner geholfen,die Tauchtasche hochzutragen, die über die Treppe kaputt ging (eine sehr lustlose Haltung des Portiers insgesamt...). Am Pool möchte man nicht liegen, geschweige denn rein gehen, überall sind nur verschimmelte Auflagen, die nicht gewechselt werden, Kameras, unfreundliche Menschen. Wie schon oft beschrieben, war es bestimmt mal schön, aber es ist nicht gepflegt. Die Lage ist ungünstig und es gibt aus den Leitungen nur Salzwasser. Frisches Wasser musste man immer erfragen,es wurde nicht automatisch bereit gestellt. Richtig sauber war es auch nicht, die Balkontür und Mückentür ließ sich nur äußerst beschwerlich bedienen. Es gab immer Handtuchfiguren,da hätte ich gerne drauf verzichtet und lieber frisches Wasser bekommen und es wirklich sauber gehabt. Ich würde hier nicht erneut Urlaub machen. Bis zum Zentrum läuft man ca 30-40 min, zum Hafen ebenfalls...
