− إلى إدارة الفندق المحترمين، أود أن أبلغكم بعدم رضاي عن مستوى الإقامة خلال فترة تواجدي في الفندق، وذلك للأسباب التالية: 1. جلسات الصالة لم تكن نظيفة، مما أعطى انطباعًا سلبيًا عن مستوى العناية بالنظافة. 2. أدوات المطبخ كانت غير نظيفة وصعبة الاستخدام. 3. انتشار الوزغ (الأبراص) بشكل ملحوظ خارج الغرف وفي أرجاء الفندق. 4. تزايد انتشار الوزغ حول حوض السباحة الخاص بالسكن، مما جعل استخدامه غير ممكن إطلاقًا. ونتيجة لهذه الأسباب، لم أتمكن من استخدام المسبح ولا الصالة ولا المطبخ طوال فترة إقامتي، واضطررت للبقاء داخل الغرفة فقط، وهو أمر لا يتناسب مع ما تم دفعه ولا مع المستوى المعلن للفندق. وعليه، أتمنى منكم النظر في تعويضي أو إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع تقديرًا لعدم تمكني من الاستفادة من المرافق والخدمات التي حجزت من أجلها.
