− Was given worst room in hotel - ground floor on the side no view - useless tiny balcony above entrance to the garage - each time cars entered the garage I could here the door open and close - as it was so close to the road I Couldn’t open my curtains or inner curtains because of a lack of privacy - I asked but was told there was no other available room - I also asked to extend my stay in another room due the the no fly through Dubai but was told no more rooms so had to move into Sydney for 4 days - not happy at all - even asking staff to book me a taxi took 40 minutes to arrive - the Sebel should not be selling this room 115 at the same cost as the upper rooms with views and large balconies!!!
