The apartment was right next to the beach and right in the center of Vernazza.

− The shower situation needs to be fixed, it was little bit narrow for our comfort.

Great location but there are problems

The best thing here is the location. You can see the beach in Vernazza if you stick out your head from the window far enough. If you open the windows at night time you can hear the waves crashing. Priceless!

− The information on hefty deposit is buried deep in the description and not readily available when you book. The description says private entrance but you share the entrance with several others, which is a problem as the property consists of two parts separated by the corridor that leads to some other apartments. We were travelling with children and this did not feel like a secure option. The staff doesn't live locally and are unable to help with issues after hours, for example when the air-conditioning did not work, causing our child to spend a night in a stifling heat in a tiny room. The apartment is quirky and pretty but the spaces are tiny, we didn't mind but if you live in a larger body you might struggle using the bathroom or kitchen.

Comfortable, well stocked, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. Soft toys for the kids and books for the adults, chilled water in the fridge, and aircon already on and room nice and cool when we walked in.

This property was in a great location and extremely convenient to all things. It was extremely warm without AC and one fan was not enough to cool the large room. The extra room/bathroom was an inconvenience as you had to exit the main room and go into a public hallway to use the bathroom. In essence, the room with the double bed, single bed and kitchenette had no bathroom. The room/bathroom had a small cot and an area for hanging clothes and an area for the toilet, lavatory and shower. The shower stall was the smallest I have ever seen in my life. It was a bit of a struggle to turn without touching and changing the water control. The outside noise from tourist and locals was extremely loud until late in the evening/night and the noise from the cleaning/delivery crews started early in the morning. In the main room, the double bed and single bed were comfortable. In addition the kitchenette was adequately supplied. There were multiple lights throughout the main room area. The company employees were super kind and were very accommodating the day of my arrival…..problems with a late booking and lack of access to the internet on my part.

Location was Perfect! Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Not a lot of stairs. Comfy bed. Great for a couple night stay. They were nice enough to provide a crib for our 1 year old.

− I particularly did not like that the bathroom being seperate from the living quarters. But that may have been my misunderstanding when looking up the room. It was annoying in the middle of the night to have to lock and unlock each room. Very loud on a Friday night until 1am to 2 am from people Bar hopping. Bells chiming at 7am as well, but not a deal breaker for us. Would have been perfect for us if we were not traveling with our toddler. Not the places fault, just should have done better research.
