− Posizione senza servizi pubblici nelle vicinanze, lontana dal centro città e da qualsiasi attività commerciale. Stanza fredda, con riscaldamento tenuto spento e che ci ha costretto a chiedere una stufetta elettrica, peraltro estremamente rumorosa.
