Experience was closer to a mid to lower 4-star hotel
6.0We were staying at this Hotel while attending a friend's wedding. The night before the reception (which was held at a different location) we had dinner at the Hotel organised specifically for the wedding guests and the food was excellent.
− Breakfast was fine but nowhere close to what you would expect at a 5-star rated property. Same for the room - we did not have warm water in the shower, no rainfall (it's a nice-to-have) but I have it at home and expected it at this level. Soffit lights were broken/missing - all in all, the room was fine but again the entire experience was mid to lower 4-star in my opinion. Pools were over-crowded - we went to the beaches instead which were lovely (5 min uber to get to them).
