10.0We arrived late (stayed for the fireworks at Disneyland) to find the reception closed but there was a clear sign on door with a number to call and with in 5 minutes our key was delivered very clean very good value for money

7.0− Le pommeau de douche ne tient pas. La jeune fille qui a travaillé mercredi soir et jeudi soir, prend les gens de haut, n’ait pas sympathique, n’ait pas souriante. Désagréable. Ne remercie pas. Ne dit pas bonjour ni au revoir et ceci pour les 4 chambres réservées de notre famille, le même accueil. J’espère que vous ferez le nécessaire auprès de cette jeune personne. Un personnel au TOP, un hôtel un peu moins bien

− Le manque de serviettes dans la chambre (résolu tres rapidement par le personnel de l'accueil). Le manque de clim (malgré les efforts du personnel d'accueil qui nous a installé et allumé en ventilateur).
