Great hotel, staff and views
10.0What a wonderful stay we had. The hotel is right on the bikini beach so you step out of the hotel and BAM beach time. The hotel is clean and fresh and everyone has their role to play. Great snorkeling experience and felt safe and well looked after. Meal options are fab and the buffet dinner is a treat. We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony, room 1704 and it was amazing to see the sun set, beach from our bed. We met Anisur whilst dinning and he was always so friendly with us. Giving us tips off lovely food and drinks to try at that time. He was attentive with our dishes and drinks and always was very respectful and happy and smiling. A true asset as out a lot of other staff we met but couldn't remember there names. Absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming again.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful The individuals named above went above and beyond to make our stay and our marriage ceremony amazing. My wife and I couldn't be happier, and we will certainly be coming back. Thanks again to our new friends at the Kaani Palm Beach.
