It is the worst customer service ever.
1.0Please avoid this property especially at Palm spring.
− I have two nights to stay there. I called them two days before and I informed that I will not arrive on Friday. The lady is front desk, she said that’s totally fine. I went on Saturday to check in, they said we canceled your reservation because no shows and you can’t stay in the hotel unless if you pay for more night. This is literally stealing my money. I told them I have reservations for three days. They said we canceled it all because you didn’t show on the first day.

− The woman at the front desk was SO incredibly rude. My friend and I were being so kind and respectful and she was so rude. I will be telling everyone I know to not stay at this hotel.
