Perfect location, return customer every trip to HK!
10.0I've stayed at Royal Park many times over the years and always come back. The location is perfect. A41 and A46 buses right outside that connect directly to the airport, and you do not need to walk outside at all during heavy rain as the hotel connects directly to New Town Plaza which also connects to multiple other malls, as well as the Shatin MTR train station. Staff were great as always. Shout out to check in staff Roy and porter Hassan for providing excellent service. I didn't use the pool this time but I like that the pool is half in the shade and half in the sun. Super amazing setup you can swim back and forth in.
− There is a musky overall smell in every room I've stayed in that's from the AC system. My dad couldn't handle it and never returned. My mom and I will brave the smell since we're not staying for long each time, but I'm just hoping that it's not a mold or serious issue.

− 不知道為何是五星，整體勉強四星，早餐特別敷衍不好吃，簡單可以，但誠意要到（口味一言難盡）最不解的是後廚人員每天到餐廳晃悠，並到我正在用餐的桌上拿牙籤自行用，穿著背心+長雨靴，感觀真的不好！
