Very happy with the room but you need to be competetive
6.0We never stayed for breakfast but if you want to compete with other franchises you should include breakfast in the overall price. I recently stayed in a Crowne Plaza hotel in Liverpool I had a excellent suite with breakfast included for £100 that is what best western need to aim for
