Didn't get what was advertised!
4.0You do not want me to share my experience with friends! It was not a pleasant experience. I booked a queen suite that was to have a jetted tub and fireplace. You gave me #5, that doesn't have a jetted tub, fireplace doesn't work, couldn't get sound to work on TV. Staff was unable to solve problem except to move us to room #2. OMG "We upgraded you to a king" seriously! I wanted what I booked. TV is way too small, couldn't see from bed or chairs. Tub had jets but didn't work, and it took a solid hour to fill. Oh wait fireplace worked. This way over priced because I didn't get what was advertised. Best Western would have been a better choice, would have gotten what I paid for. A full day has gone by and no contact from management! Totally unexceptable! I want a refund! This was for a special occasion and you ruined it.

9.0Caring people and warm welcoming was really good. Lady at the reception was so kind to us.
− Wash basin was not inside the toilet but in the room.
Winter Getaway
8.0This quaint cottage hotel was so cute. We enjoyed our stay. They offer a happy hour reception and specialty made to order breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Some things are dated but the atmosphere and staff make up for it. Would definitely stay again.
