4.0The staff were super nice.
− The hotel is ran down, and in a very bad neighborhood. The room smelled old.
All these things were brought to the attention of the front counter at checkout.
3.0The entrance was very clean and the customer service was immaculate.
− The night stand light was flickering when on, sink was stopping up, ironing board was broken, the desk chair wheel broke and tub stopper was broken. Clock or phone didn’t work

I didn’t like my stay
1.0I loved that Mary did her best to accommodate me and my family so much I bought her flowers.
− There were roaches, the carpet smelled, the elevator didn’t work and the house keeping staff was horrible. I was so disgusted I left and went to another hotel. I had planned to stay there for a month but the accommodation were so bad I opted to pay more somewhere else.
