7.0La ubicación es inmejorable. Es la mejor zona de la ciudad y todo estaba nuevo. Literalmente con etiquetas.
− No limpian a no ser que se lo digas. Y si se lo dices, y no dejas propina, no hacen nada. Si dejas propina, lo más que hacen es sacar la basura y hacer las camas. Nada más. No cambian toallas, no limpian el suelo…A pesar de dejarle notas cada día y 5 dólares de propina por día. Hemos estado 5 días y no hemos conseguido que cambien las sábanas o las toallas. Eso es imperdonable. Además, la primera noche, el sofá cama no estaba vestido (a pesar de saber que éramos 5 personas). Tuvimos que bajar a por sábanas y colcha y no había, y mi hijo tuvo que dormir esa noche sin nada. Lo dijimos al día siguiente, dejamos propina y al volver, el sofá cama seguía sin hacer. Muy mala atención. Los colchones son muy muy blandos.

− New owner so everything was confusing (its actually called Lennox Hotel). Only one part time employee at the front dest and she was not able to fix any of your issues. Public parking nearby is way more expensive than advertised.

9.0Staff was the best! So friendly and welcoming and always had a helpful suggestion. Perfect location for Georgetown and access to the whole area. Suite well furnished and sized and better than just a hotel room.
