8.0The staff was welcoming and friendly. Access to our room was great. Plenty of parking. Close to dining, shopping, etc.
− The bathroom vanity wasn't enough room for two people to place their toiletries, etc. Another mirror outside of the bathroom would've been good.

− Well let's start with the checkin... 1: Waited for about 10 min before I finally decided to call them, lady answered, and said she be down in a minute. Okay probably busy cleaning no worries. 2 : The room... walked up to door it was open. Odd but no worries. Walk in first thing i do is pull the sheets back. Hair in the bed crumbs in the bed and stains... so now I started looking around the room cracks in the walls everywhere cock roach in the drawer. Only one I saw though will say. Then the bathroom door looked as if it had been kicked in could not shut it for the time I was there. I saw a house cleaning lady outside so I stopped and asked for sheets. She said the reason it was dirty was because she hadn't cleaned it yet which is why the door was open! She said she didnt know why they would check me in to that room. Well Lucy very kindly gave us new sheets and even helped us put them on! Also good luck getting your TV to work! Also DO NOT GO BAREFOOT my white socks where BLACK not even 2 hours in. Oh and maybe bring shower shoes nasty hair in the shower as well...
