Terrible. The beds were hard as a rock and the sofa bed was so thin you could feel the springs coming through.

− Terrible service. Asked for housekeeping and towels and never got them. Had a toilet overflow in the room and they brought up a swiffer and spread the toilet water all over the floor! We told them they needed to sop up the water first then mop. How gross. This was after we already moved rooms once because the AC wasn't working. They brought us an old work fan that was filthy to use until we asked to move rooms.
