Disappointin room which felt like an Ikea bedroom, definitely not the superior room I paid for

− My room was no the the superior twin I booked but an attic room, basic, small, different beds and basic bathroom. previous stays there have been nice, I wont stay there again
Great location and easily accessible from Heathrow. The views are incredible.
10.0I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 20 years and it has never disappointed. The location is great as it is an easy walk from Vauxhall tube station which has lifts to take you to street level. This is very convenient when travelling from Heathrow with luggage. The hotel is located near Lambeth Bridge and depending on your room assignment, there are great views of west London down the Thames or an unbeatable view of Parliament and Big Ben. Rooms in the hotel vary in size - I have stayed in the suite on occasions and in king rooms. All have been wonderful.

8.0Het hotel ligt in het stadsdeel Lambeth aan de oever van de Theeems. Vanuit het restaurant is het parlement en Big Ben te zien. Het ontbijt is ruim.
− De ramen van de kamers met rivierblik dempen te weinig het geluid van het verkeer. Soms lang aanschuiven bij het ontbijt

10.0We was upgraded to a suit by complete surprise the room we stayed in was amazing really comfortable, staff were really attentive and friendly and all facilities were perfect and view of the river was beautiful
