The convenience to get to the hotel, continental breakfast, and price

− The handicap accessible option was not very handicap accessible- toilet was low to ground - hard to get around

They had a good breakfast.

− The air conditioner in my room while it worked was leaking to the inside theroom, soeverythingwasdamp?And the floor was wet all around the it.I used the ice bucket to collect the water.

Fine but definitely room for improvement.

The pool and slide were the reason we chose this location and we enjoyed playing there. Checking in was a nightmare but I appreciated that when the kiosk person couldn't help us they were able to wake someone up and have them let us into our rooms. My friend just survived riding his motorcycle through a super cell storm and needed a hot shower to stop hypothermia from setting in. Beds were clean and Breakfast was also delicious.

− Checking in was a nightmare. The kiosk thing caused major delays. The rooms smelled musty and in one of the rooms the carpet was damp and if we turned the heater on it smelled like rotting wood. The signs for the pool were confusing and I thought the whole pool was closed which was the main reason for our decision to stay even though the rooms were smelly and damp.

Comfortable bed and room but facilities seemed run down …I’ve stayed here over many years it’s disappointing to see that

Location and bed/pillows very comfy

− Pool area seemed run down, jacuzzi wasn’t working, room tub was not clean…mold, stains and active reddish bacteria growth in grout. When checking out there was not a person physically at the front desk…only a video monitor with someone assisting. That was so odd, impersonal and seemed as an obvious attempt to save money somehow.
