9.0The rooms are comfortable, great size and availability of connecting rooms was great. Lovely views of the greenery over Shiba Park.
− Bear in mind it is a very big hotel, so there are long waits at check in and out times. Any extras / restaurants etc are very expensive.
The staff is very polite and professional! My family and I have good memories in Tokyo!

Breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 32nd floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM).
