Besides that it was awesome.
10.0Love the ambience of the facilities. We missed the first breakfast but after we just ate at your hotel. It was exceptional, no need to go out. The pool was great and very clean. I also love the snacks given to us every afternoon. It was very thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Cleveland.
− The service to clean our room was every 3 days. I do understand it is very good for the environment. But I did ask the front desk and did not do it for us. We had to get a quick clean up from one of maids. Of course ever did tipped her.
It is a good hotel.
