7.0It was a tidy hotel, with laundry and everything you needed. Has a good bakery in foyer. No key cards for door just type in code. Walkable from Shinjuku station - bus if have bags.
− There wasn't much soundproofing so got loud at night. Could hear running, talking and people entering their door codes wrong. Staff are not very helpful they wouldn't help us by calling a restaurant to make a booking for us. Super busy common areas. Smallest of all the rooms we've stayed in Tokyo but made it work.
