10.0It was in a great area the rooms were bigger than some others but price was reasonable
I recommend you book a room a larger room then your no of people sleeping. !!
4.0Location and breakfast Staff in restaurant
− The room constantly smelt of cigarette, which we found it very difficult to sleep all nights. When it was a nonsmoking room Room was very small, couldn’t move!

9.0My son and stayed in the twin deluxe room. Plenty of room and really practical for 20sqm The bakery downstairs is elite. The staff are wonderful, also speaking English. Great location near a beautiful park and about a 20 minute (easy walk) to downtown Shinjuku. Train stations and buses very close- just check the lines you want
− We were on the top floor, we started our mornings early but the cleaner would come around 2:30 when we would come back to hotel. We ate at the restaurant on the last night. My main came out 15 minutes after my son had finished eating. It’s overpriced for what you get.
