I love this resort
10.0Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a resort. Keep up the service and great work, I shall return at least 3 times a year or more. I love the location. And staff was wonderful.

Our stay at Ross Bridge
8.0For the most part this place is pretty nice. However, we did have a few situations we wanted to point out & hope it creates improvement. Our floor vending machine was broken & was not going to be fixed anytime soon, which was an inconvenience. The 2nd floor vending is in a no climate-controlled room, which was very hot, therefore, the snack machine items were very gross. Customer service at the coffee shop needs improvement. A few workers were socializing while there were 5 people in line, not being acknowledged in any manner, took their sweet time, then did not have a good attitude of hospitality. It was terrible. Mgrs Nicole & Camilla were wonderful! PT Bartender Kailyn was great. It 'was' surprising though that stocked items of inventory weren't kept up too well. About the food, the pretzel bites & beer cheese could use improvement. Have had much better at small time pubs. The tenderloin tips were o.k. The chicken wing sauce could use improvement. Not too great. Chicken salad was great! The Boar head sandwiches were well made with tons of meat. Was a little surprised there was no small canteen area for items like tylenol, small items guest may have forgotten, little snack items and such.

10.0Everything was amazing for a quick solo staycation! The front desk staff were absolutely the best I have encountered in a while. Ross Bridge will definitely be seeing more of me. I would recommend this place.

6.0Hotel was nice, staff was super nice. Came to enjoy a couple days off by pool,.... the pool was DISGUSTING. the adult pool was hot, cloudy and so insanely dirty. we went to kids pool to see if it was cooler which it barely was, but still dirty! the rate for the rooms was absurd to have such a nasty pool !!!!

10.0Fantastic stay at Renaissance Ross Bridge! We were greeted by Carlos upon arrival and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Check in was seamless and our room was amazing. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the pool and restaurants during our stay.
