Beautiful hotel, but disappointing service ruined the experience

− Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. We were assigned a room located in one of the most remote corners of the hotel, where the Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and unstable. The connection kept dropping, making it almost impossible to use properly. We contacted the front desk and politely requested a room change because of the Wi-Fi problem. However, the response from one of the front desk staff members was very unhelpful and impatient. Instead of trying to find a solution, we were simply told that a room change was not possible. What made this more frustrating was that, according to Booking.com, there were still rooms available on the same day. We therefore did not understand why no alternative solution was offered. In the end, the Wi-Fi issue was never resolved during our stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful atmosphere and a good location, but the quality of service, especially the attitude of the front desk staff, seriously affected our overall experience. A hotel should make guests feel welcomed and supported when problems occur, not ignored. I hope the management can improve staff training and pay more attention to guest requests in the future.

Goede locatie midden in het oude centrum. Zwembad was klein, maar prima. Ontbijt was prima, niet bijzonder, maar genoeg keus. Bedden slapen prima. De kamer is erg ruim.

− Je zit aan de wandelroute voor groepen. Er is geen buitenruimte, dus je staat direct tussen de toeristen als je even naar buiten wilt.

Good location nice property but service could be better.

Right in the centre easy to get to everything but also very crowded.

− No iron available in the whole property. They wanted to charge €3 to iron one t shirt. I could of bought a new t shirt for that. No room service available and no access to water unless you paid for it. Room was serviced once during our stay but the water was not replenished.
