− Chambre sombre. Confortable mais assez sommaire. Odeur désagréable de canalisations dans la salle de bains. Problématique des pigeons qui envahissent la terrasse au petit déjeuner

Good locations but the hotel need improvment
5.0Good location in the center of Lido! Cleaning staff & staff at the breakfast/restaurant was very friendly. An extra star to Eliza who works at the breakfast, she was very sweet. The hotel has a good size pool & serves nice coctails. A bolt/uner into Funchal took about 7-10 mins.
− Staff at the reception hardly said hello & was not helpful at all. Thry first would not give out two keycards to the room. The hotel is missing a gym & you have to pay per hour to use the pool table. At any other hotels those things are included. Beds were very hard & uncomfortable. The rooms need renovation. It was very price for the low standard.
