6.0The beds were comfortable. Overall cleanliness was okay, staff was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts that I have ever had, which cost $25 for 2.

4.0Arrived at 4 am, check-out was supposed to be noon. At 10 am the housekeeper started knocking on the door, trying to open the door. This went on for a ridiculous amount of time, it was obvious the deadbolt was engaged. Finally had to get up and tell her to stop!
