Had Promise, but tired and needs refurbishing
4.0The hotel, on the surface, represents good mid-tier value. However the hotel has not been maintained well: - sagging mattress - broken toilet (does not stop flushing without manual adjustment) - very uncomfortable (hard) desk chair The sagging mattress, in particular, was a problem where would fall towards the middle of the bed due to a significant sag to the middle. This led to poor sleep quality. I would have to imagine the mattress is at least 20yrs old and desperately needs replacement. I have heard, after I booked, that many rooms have this problem.
Manhattan view is truly selling point of this hotel:)
