− Loud music in function room, we couldn't open windows in heatwave due to noise, no assistance from staff. No slternative rooms or even a fan offered. Staff just brushed off our concerns. Poor quality ingredients used for breakfast. There are better quality hotels close by. I would have expected a whole lot better for almost £200 per night.
