− Deberían comentar por boaking el tema de PRIVILEG, la parte de la fiesta en la playa debería tener un poquito más de organización

10.0De este alojamiento quiero destacar especialmente el servicio de cada una de las personas que trabajan allí. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy especiales y siempre demostraron una excelente disposición para atendernos y hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia maravillosa. La limpieza, la comida, la variedad, las instalaciones y las actividades fueron excelentes. Todo estuvo muy bien cuidado y superó nuestras expectativas. Felicito a todo el equipo por el maravilloso trabajo que realizan y recomiendo este alojamiento totalmente. Sin duda, esperamos volver.
− Como sugerencia de mejora, considero que la playa podría recibir una atención más frecuente durante la temporada de julio, ya que en esta época suele haber bastante sargazo. Entendemos perfectamente que es un fenómeno natural y que no puede controlarse; sin embargo, durante nuestra estadía en otro hotel observamos que la limpieza del sargazo se realizaba con mayor rapidez. Otra área de oportunidad podría ser la piscina. El agua estaba excesivamente caliente y, en algunas ocasiones, algunos huéspedes dejaban bebidas dentro de la piscina. Quizás sería útil reforzar las indicaciones sobre el consumo de bebidas en el área de la piscina para mantenerla más limpia y agradable para todos.
