Badly managed property in nice setting
2.0The place is under new management since 2025. We held an event there and also stayed at the lodge twice beforehand. The location is great, in the woods and with view to a rock wall. Unfortunately, the manager and personnel are unresponsive, rude and highly unprofessional. We booked the whole place for a weekend and they promised that the personnel would help us. They never did and were just snippy with our guests. It took 10 minutes to make a key when they had nothing else to do. Many people never received confirmation emails after booking. The breakfast is comparable with a cheap motel. The property needs serious upgrades. For example, there is no outside power or water. We had to bring our own diesel generator. After enduring all that, the manager simply refused to give our deposit back, even though we booked out all 26 rooms (while the contract only obligated 20). Unless you’re in a pinch, I’d stay away.

7.0Great location, building design was cool, great view of the mountains behind the hotel, girl at front desk very nice.
− No Restaurant, no bar option, Lobby was very hot, came back from day out, no one at desk that evening, took 2- sodas and left a note to charge my room. Finally, the parking lot is pot holed mess! need more parking closer to the hotel lobby. Honestly, for the rate per night, could have stayed in a hotel that had all the above mentioned amenities for less money.
