Hôtel idéalement placé avec petit déjeuner de luxe !
8.0Le petit déjeuner absolument fabuleux avec le personnel dédié très à l'écoute, c'est vraiment appréciable au réveil. L'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel, à deux pas de la Gran Vía et malgré cela bien insonorisé donc paisible.
− Les travaux en cours mais c'est temporaire même si notre étage ayant déjà été réalisé, je trouve la qualité des matériaux et de l'ensemble bien moyen : robinetterie qui bouge, fenêtres de la chambre qui s'ouvrent seules car le système de fermeture ne fonctionne pas (heureusement pas de vent pour notre semaine). Trou sous le "parquet" au sortir de la salle de bain qui va vite abîmer les faux parquet en résine. Ça fait un peu cheap, mais c'est propre et accueillant donc ça passe bien.
