A generic hotel with decent rooms but an astonishing lack of hospitality
4.0The rooms are newly renovated, so they are perfectly comfortable, albeit somewhat soulless. This is one of those hotels that could be anywhere in the world, with little sense that you are actually in China.
− The service is by far the weakest aspect of the hotel. No one ever seems able to answer even the simplest questions, and finding the hotel in the building on arrival is surprisingly difficult. I may simply not be their target clientele, but the entire experience felt mediocre—from the breakfast to the overall service, which was particularly disappointing.
