We absolutely were thrilled w the location. The reserves outside our room was a.gift we never expected. Glorious w watching the herons,egrits etc

− Afraid we found the breakfast rather Ick. White sausages, weak.coffee, not real eggs, etc That being said, we wouldn't put that on public reviews. I'm sure the breakfast helps many as it's included ie: families w kids etc. We heard from someone that they were less than us in a similar room. We didn't get AAA disc. Next time we decided we ll push more for that .

Breakfast would have been better with better coffee. The coffee was so weak. Also some cheese would be nice.

− It would have been nice to be able to dim the light in the vanity area of the bath. We needed some sort of nightlight.

beautiful river view and the continental breakfast was all we needed to get our day started. The staff in all areas were very pleasant and helpful

− lack of an elevator. The walk from the lower area was a little difficult.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great- right on the town trolley line, and close enough to do a quick drive to any of the main locations. The room was set up perfectly, had flowers like I requested, but also had flower petals and swans on the bed which was a very exciting surprise. We had a back balcony view which was very relaxing and pretty. We didnt make it to breakfast, but the option was convenient. The pool looked very clean and welcoming. I loved that they had all types of chairs on the back lawn to use and sit by the estuary and watch the geese. The room was simple but very clean, up to date- the bed was SUPER comfortable, plenty of towels, mini fridge with freezer part, great lighting for the mirror, walk in shower. It was a very cute place, and would definitely stay there again next year.

− The only downside id say is that our balcony was wavy. Made it a little difficult to walk, mostly at nighttime, and definitely saw some people who walked by trip a little. And obviously not something the Inn could help, but its a little inconvenient sometimes that the stairs and balcony were the only way to get to the row of rooms- only because we had people with chairs in a circle smoking/drinking/talking and blocked our way and we had to go down the stairs and take the other side back up to our rooms. Still doesnt deter me from wanting to stay there again.

Great view, easy access from route 1.

− 34 steps up to our room. Shower door not functioning correctly. Thought we had a private deck area but it was just a pass through for other guests. Stayed in room 304.

Really nice place close to town and lovely views.

View in back was lovely. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy. Pool was heated so kids could swim since ocean is too cold. Plenty of parking. Great tea selection at breakfast.

− Lower level room had condensation and was slightly damp.
