Hotel is closed, Booking still hasn't refunded me.
4.0− Honestly it's mostly Booking.com's fault. The hotel is closed and yet it was still receiving bookings. I am trying to get a refund. I booked this months ahead of time and luckily I noticed two weeks before my flight, the reviews on Google Maps. Everyone was saying it was shut down due to construction work. Some people had to find an alternative hotel on the same day, I had a two weeks heads up. Booking, I hope you do what's right and refund all these people.

Good to know
Please note that there is consrtuction work in the building where the hotel is located. The construction work is on the floors above the hotel, not at the hotel itself.
