We called the front desk to get body wash we waited 1 hour before they came to fill the soap dispenser

− Dated everything is old and dirty. Holes in the sheets, walls are dirty filthy furniture.
I booked this hotel to get a quiet night’s sleep, but repeated disturbances and a lack of timely assistance made my stay
1.0Unfortunately, I can’t say there was anything I liked about my stay. I booked the room expecting a quiet place to rest, but I was unable to sleep because of repeated disturbances. I also did not receive the assistance I requested when I reported the problem, so the experience did not meet my expectations.
− I did not have a good experience during my stay. I booked this room because I needed a quiet place to rest, but I was unable to sleep due to repeated noise throughout the night. I heard loud disturbances from nearby rooms, and there was frequent activity in the hallway outside my room. I contacted the hotel to request assistance and asked if I could be moved to another room, but I did not receive a response. I was concerned enough about the situation that I contacted the police. Overall, the stay was very stressful, and I did not get the rest I paid for. I hope the hotel reviews what happened that night, including any available security camera footage, and improves its response when guests report serious concerns.

− Everything about the stay. Room was nasty and dirty. Holes in walls, exposed fixtures, stuff splattered on wall

2.0My husband checked in then went to go to his room, to find a black man naked and drunk in the bed of the room. He was switched into a different room, where he said the pillows were half the size of a regular pillow (more like throw pillow size) and rock hard. Front desk didn’t even bother to offer any discount or anything to him after having to deal with seeing a naked man

− Dirty , messy. Place shouldn’t be open. Things look run down. For a place to be backed by Windem resort. Make this resort look bad not to the standard
