4.0− The property was run down. No updates to anything...Hallways were hot, no AC. Rooms had a terrible smell. Beds were hard, pillows were flat, sheets were scratchy, towels were crusty. The hallways and stair carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed. The walls were scuffed up and run down, the stucco was falling off. Parking is behind a security gate, this gave us an uneasy feeling about the area. We canceled the rest of our stay and changed to a new hotel but were still charged the full amount for our booking.
