Unpleasant Experience
2.0I didn't book the room at this hotel—it was booked for me. That said, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The stairways are carpeted, and parts of the carpet are loose, creating a safety hazard. They were also noticeably dirty. Unfortunately, the room was even worse. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke along with another unpleasant odor that I couldn't identify. The carpet was filthy, the wallpaper was peeling, and the furniture was old and worn down. Even the room doors looked neglected. Instead of proper room number signs, the numbers were written on pieces of blue tape. I would not recommend staying here. The property is poorly maintained, unclean, and in need of significant repairs.

− Bad smell no restaurant hair dryer sis not work. Smoke alarm beeping from 5am y til I left the room handed a bag for breakfast
A very tired property
3.0The bed was big and comfortable
− The hotel was dirty and is in need of a major re-fit. If we had known that the restaurant and bar was closed we wouldn't have booked the rooms. We relied too much on the Ramada brand.
