2.0This place is a slum. Everything was old and barely working. I reserved a double room with a King size bed and I was given a room with double beds. Not what I asked for but the front desk said those rooms were reserved (Dude, I RESERVED ONE OF THOSE ROOMS!!) I stayed there and slept 4 hours, but I couldn't stay there anymore because of all of the noise and people walking past the windows acting like they were trying to peek in through the curtains. Don't waste your money here

4.0This is a double edge sword because the gal at the front desk was super helpful with check in, and even got me in earlier than I was expecting. The room however was a different story. 5 minutes in and I was noticing bugs! Cockroaches on the furniture and bed. I went down to immediately cancel and she was helpful and quick with that too, and even told me to have Expedia call her and she would confirm why I was cancelling. I am still trying to work out a refund… so hopefully that gets squared away.

2.0The room was disgustingly dirty. Urine on the toilet, hair on the floor, mold on the shower curtain, mirror covered in water spots, scum in the bathtub, wrinkly sheets as if left to sit in the dryer, trash on the sidewalk... I was afraid to walk on the carpet barefooted. Our prepayment was non-refundable or I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Yuk!!
