Nightmare came true middle of night

− Extrem Noisy rooms facing to highway, middle night water pipes burst causing one hour fire alarm,

− fire alarm from 330 to 430 am cause some water issue was so loud kept us up hurt are ears front desk had no ear plugs no water in the morning to shower or brush teeth or flush toilet

Awesome Stay
10.0We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington for three nights and will definitely be going back when in the area. The hotel was well kept, clean, comfortable and the staff was awesome. The staff made you feel very comfortable and welcomed. The water in the pool was the perfect temperature, not too cold as I often find the pool in other hotels. Definitely enjoyed from the pool to the jacuzzi. We ate breakfast and two dinners in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious with a good selection of food types on the menu. Our servers were very friendly and professional. Sharron makes the best margaritas. The location of this hotel is excellent at Burloak and the QEW. It is close to shopping, restaurants and movie theatre. Definitely recommend staying at this Hilton Garden Inn.
