7.0The staff was great.
− The floors specifically were terribly dirty in both the halls and in our room. I wore socks in the room and had to throw them away after I washed them. They were that dirty from the carpet in the room.

9.0Location near the Soo Locks and the big tub.
− The elevator access for the top w floors required steps from the lobby or a ride to the 4th floor then a move to another elevator to get to 6. Not convenient for wheelchairs or elderly with walkers.
